By definition “Phobias” are irrational fears that we feel we have no control over. We are all afraid of something, some of these have been hidden in our unconscious for many years and have emerged after an episode of stress or distress. Certainly in this period there was no lack of similar moments, this pandemic in no way has transformed our minds
